Your Feedback

Glenbrook is committed to consultation with all relevant stakeholders and the local community. There are two stages of the consultation. The first stage (pre-application consultation) is led by the developer and is now completed. Feedback received during this stage has been considered by the project team and where possible incorporated into the plans.

The second stage is formal consultation. This stage will be led by Wigan Borough Council. Once a planning application has been submitted, the council will write to notify residents and business owners in the local area of the application and advise them how they can submit feedback on the plans.

The engagement and public consultation strategy on this project have been developed by UK Networks in consultation with the local planning authority to ensure all relevant stakeholders and interested members of the public are able to review the plans and provide their feedback. A Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) will be submitted with the planning application. The SCI outlines, engagement methodology, all engagement activity, the feedback received and the project team's response to that feedback including how the plans have developed through consultation and engagement.
